Sent On My Doors

I had an online chat with AT&T Wireless this morning:

Michael Randall: Hi Diana, you can call me Mike, I am happy to assist you on your billing questions.

Diana: Hello, yes I requested the @20.16 credit on my account be sent to me so it would zero out the account and received word that the ticket was handled but I would like to know if it was refunded?

Diana: and if so where was it sent?

Diana: $20.16

Michael Randall: The refund will show up after 1 to 2 bill cycle after the refund show on your bill.

Diana: so it was refunded to a credit card?

Michael Randall: The refund showed on your bill cycle 05/01-05/31, thus the credit will be sent on your doors by June or July cycle.

Diana: I’m sorry, what does “sent on your doors” mean?

Michael Randall: The refund will be sent on your home

Diana: ok, through the mail. Thank you.

 

 

I want to see them get on base and put a refund check on my door now.
