…To the trip we are about to embark on is taking it’s toll. I’m so excited I am having a hard time falling asleep and haven’t picked up a book in a couple of days because I am so distracted there’s no point to trying to read. My blood pressure is probably sky high right now too, my body feels amp’d up.
Usually for trips I have trouble sleeping the night before, but the magnitude of this one has had me tweaked a week prior. haha I feel like I’ve waited my whole life for this trip, it’s definitely one I never thought I’d be able to take. My husband gets major points for this anniversary trip.
Prepare yourself Scotland, we are about to make landfall.
I’m ready for chilly weather, meat pies, fish and chips, good tea, great beer and beautiful scenery. Anything else (bagpipes and drums would be great) is bonus. haha
