The snacks this week were pretty interesting. The corn potage flavored chips were the oddest thing I think I’ve had here so far. The stick one was given to me by a coworker who loves them. Very strange flavor to me.

Oh, by the way, we went to dinner tonight – in search of some yummy noodles and found a nice place in More’s City Mall. I had a curry flavored soup with noodles and the husband had cold noodles with sauce and an egg and rice dish. I’m sure there are names for these but I don’t know them. lol
I love corn potage soup, have yet to try the chips. Will try looking for them during my upcoming Japan trip.
I have not had the soup. The snacks are good but took a minute for my taste buds to understand the flavor. Lol got the chips at 7/11 I think.
Yours was probably curry udon. If hubby’s had chicken in it, it’s called Oyako (mother and child–get it?) donburi (stuff on rice in a bowl).
Nice, thank you Eda!
I would love to know what the ingredients of the corn potage. My daughter had an allergic reaction. Nothing major, just a rash. She use to be allergic to certain kinds of fish.
Thank you
Terri
Sorry to hear that! I found a site that lists the ingredients: http://www.shophkinuk.co.uk/RISKA-%E6%97%A5%E6%9C%AC%E6%A0%97%E7%B1%B3%E6%B9%AF%E5%91%B3%E8%84%86%E7%B2%92-75G-Japan-Corn-Potage-Snacks
Hopefully that link works for you. If not, search Riska Corn Potage Snack Ingredients.
Glad it wasn’t anything serious. 🙂
