If there is one thing that’s constant in Japan it’s the varying directions of the wind.
It was already dark out, the wind was whipping twigs, dirt, leaves and other such things around everywhere. Pushing at me from the front as I walked toward the building I was headed to, then from the left side then from above then from behind. When all of a sudden, like someone just stuck it right in the palm of my hand as I was swinging my arms while walking, appeared this:
I am a big arm swinger when I walk, always bumping things. My arms are always in motion unless my hands are in pockets. This leaf just leaped into my hand from behind, somehow making it just below my coat sleeve and just as my hand coming back in it’s swing.
What are the chances of that?
This put a smile on my face. I’m so glad you blogged this moment… stuff like this fascinates me when it happens.
Me too, I like to think it’s someone I miss paying me a visit.
Oh, Diana. That’s beautiful.
