We went on a short drive down to Orem, Ut, took the highway up through the mountain pass which had a river running along side the highway with hiking paths, walking paths and picnic areas. The waterfalls we pretty amazing.
We definitely will be heading back there to do some hiking and maybe a picnic lunch. It’s only about 30 minutes from our house so it’s an easy drive. Further on up the highway it comes to a lake that looked cool and refreshing but wasn’t the prettiest landscaping around it so I didn’t take photos. We might look into some rental water craft options at some point there to enjoy the water.
